I think you can just grab it on your official Ragnarok's data GRF just make sure it is also on the latest update.

But I can't assure that it would have all the sprite files, because from what I have experienced some kRO sprite files are not present on iRO, pRO or vice versa.

Unless you would manually gather the sprite files that are not found between them, which would be a very tiring work and it would take a lot of time to accomplish.
