I recommend to change the filenames to ASCII. The most easiest way is to compress your data folder into GRF and then use GRF Tool to extract the files again this would automatically convert korean fonts to ASCII. There is a program created called unbollox or something like that to convert Korean > ASCII or vice versa. But for me its not reliable it doesn't accurately convert some of the korean fonts to ASCII.
