Adding Custom Job Client

Hello im adding custom job to client but i dont know how to make one,

i already complete the compiling it to the server by the way im using eathena beginner client

can someone could help me to my problem when i use the job it is still novice and job name poring

but i created name "Hokage" and i already follow the step by step guide by rathena and eathena but still the same heres my data the xray file xray.7z please help me
