What it Does : Announces if somebody loots a certain item. example : "Attention Great Warriors of PoringRO PoringGuyBoy(Player Name) has looted a Valkyrie Card(Item Name) from Sexy Valkyrie Lady Monster(MOB)" something like that.. When a player killed a mob then dropped an item with 5% below chance whether it is a normal or mvp it will make an announcement.. ????
