Well babycakes, there are a few common colour tables that RO uses.

I've found a lot of the mobs/npcs have different colour tables, kind of depends.

If you use a different set of colours though that you've taken straight off a headgear, mob, hairstyle or NPC, just load one of the bmp frames of that sprite into Photoshop (if you have it), go to Image --> Mode --> Color Table, then save it and load it onto whatever sprite you're working on with those same colours.
