If you know how to checkout from SVN, the latest data I've been able to find is:

http://subversion.assembla.com/svn/ClientSide/Translation_Project/data/

They have some items (newer) untranslated still, but that data is in there too. So instead of causing crashes if you get a newer item, you get the item just can't tell what it is from name/description yet xP
