What program are you using to encrypt your GRF? Is it SecureGRF?

SecureGRF has 2 steps

1. Encrypt GRF - Encrypt GRF FILE

2. Embed the client with the password for the GRF (It comes along with a dll file) - Configure Client Profile

Maybe you missed the 2nd step.

It should be self explanatory. :)

Kaito_Kid is correct. Without applying the passcode to your client, the client will not be able to read from the GRF resulting in a massive error flow.
