How to know client date of other server

Is there any way to know the client date of the server you are playing on is using?

The server does not use a separate .exe for it but uses a patcher to go to client, I'm having a problem with their patcher which sometimes it fails to connect and sometimes not so when it fails to connect I can't log in to their server but in-game I have no problem

Rename the data.grf to any.grf and then run their client.. the Gravity Error will pop up and you will see what client they are using..
