it depends on the packet db of your client, if you have a packet db of your client 2012, rathena suppots it but if you hvae not have, its not.

it was just a reserve so that they wont have to code it later since it doesnt have major effect for the emulator.

also the latest packet is not recommended yet as the log says in this revision.

it's pretty stable, though cart is reasonable if you don't mind it not showing up to other players. Other than that it can work. Cosmetics is something else, since you have to translate some text/ and hard coded ones.

up to you, in what you want in a client, 2010 no bugs at all, but outdated, new clients some bugs and limited hairstyles, but up to date

i would go 2011-03-15 or 2011-09-20

yep that works fine as well, also i remember that some people experience walk delay for 2011-01 through 2011-10-25. I tested those and it has click delay, so some players may experience, it and some may not
