gain Bonus ATK based on x% of Maximum Health?

Is there an item bonus to obtain this kind of script for an Item?, I was looking on the item_bonus.txt on doc folder but can't seem to find anything that is related to this. where it calculates a percentage of the Maximum Health of the User to gain a bonus Atk or even MAtk?
