all effect had set done nicely. also try to restart server but it doesnt work of uncast.event i have 150 dex cant be uncast wat problem..Please Help

in renewal setting...there is a fixed cast rate...around 10% ~ 20% cast time is fixed...wont be affect by card / dex / items..

you have to disable that setting in order to gain the uncast
