[Resolved] Are _drop files necessary for custom items?

Well, i downloaded a custom item and they only have the item.bmp and collection.bmp and the customs .act &.spr but no customs_drop.act&spr which they usually come with, so are the _drop files really necessary?

they are, usually it's because you can just create the drop sprite from the item.bmp easily

sprconview, i believe you can do bmp>>spr
