Hi, im new here and i couldn't navigate throught the forums, could some one tell me how i can update my ragray(if possible) by chaning a few things, secondly where i can download the offline server so that i can test npcs thank you.

there is no Official Test Server for rAthena..

if you want a server...no matter offline or online..setup at your own...learn it..

wiki has show the full guide

and..ragray is actually dead >.<

most of us i guess are using Miruku..

but the miruku is down recently...just wait for it to up again...
