One of my players keeps crashing. This problem is unlike anything that I've seen before. He installed the full installer (very up to date), and still seems to error. I've noticed that his computer apparently doesn't allow thor patcher to download files into the GRF, so I manually sent him all of my GRFs. The data folder wasn't an issue because we don't use it for anything, and there were no amendments to the data folder between the release of the full installer and the latest patch.
Notice some sprites have failed, I cannot seem to tell what they are. Also, I should note that he has sent me 20 different crashlogs, and sometimes they appear to be clean (i.e no sprites fail). Any idea what the problem is? He has tried reinstalling multiple times, running as administrator, turning off antiviruses, but they have been to no avail.
