How to Delete all CASH POINTS?

Im not quite sure but you can do this on your SQL

DELETE FROM `ragnarok`.`global_reg_value` WHERE `str`='#CASHPOINTS';

this deletes all cash point stored in global_reg_value in your SQL db

set #CASHPOINTS,0;

it will delete the #CASHPOINTS for a specific account
