What do you mean where should you set that? You should start out with a fresh folder named "data" within the new data folder make another one named "sprite" and then in the sprite folder you just made. Input all of the sprites you'd want thor-patcher to overwrite. Once you have those steps done. Use the thor maker inside your tools folder. Where it says input, click Directory and then choose the data folder you just made. There are a lot of sub-directories inside the actual "sprite" folder within your grf.
