You can find that on your db/skill_cast_db.txt

Just find the skill ID there. comments inside the text will help you out.

i download server offline and skill_cast_db same with my server

but no delay at offline server

maybe source?

Seems like a ping issue with a offline server your ping is 1 with an online server it can higher.

Are you connecting from the host computer?

Are you still using 127.0.0.1 In YOUR clientinfo.xml ?

PS the little paw over the skill icon will always be there.
