how i can make no mvp card and equipment when woe start

i already make like this

but its not working

anyone can help me?

restricted on PvP

on both GvG and WoE Castles

According to this..

eA/rA > db > item_noequip.txt

// The equipment/items/cards restriction file
// here you define which items may not be used at PvP / GvG
// format: <item id>,<mode>
// mode
// 1- restricted in PVP
// 2- restricted in GVG
// 3- restricted in both PvP and GvG

Just use this if you want to disable the card id '30000' in WoE/GvG areas:

30000,2 //MvP '30000' card

If it isn't working, make sure the @WoE is turned on. And then try equipping it.
