About Deletion of Characters

I just want to ask why when i delete a character it will just sit down at wait for 24 hours before it will delete the character instead of deleting it instantly i'm currently using RagexeRE Client 2010 11 24a diffed client anyone can help me about this?

They started doing the time deletion to stop spammers of character deletion and for people who get hacked and they try to delete characters; Its also to give people time to think if they really want to delete their characters

hmmp...want will i do cause i want the old one? i tried to diff an old client but i got error invalid char_size is there any diff client that support this one?

All I can suggest is use an older client and set your version to match that client along with your clientinfo.xml :/

you can change the hour limit to something small i believe, but it would be better if it could revert to the other setting as wel

in char_athena.conf

// Amount of time in seconds by which the character deletion is delayed.
// Default: 86400 (24 hours)
// NOTE: Requires client 2010-08-03aragexeRE or newer.
char_del_delay: 86400

Just edit the deletion delay to whatever you want it to be.
