editing skill CD/After cast

I noticed asura had no CD so i wanted it to have so by mistake i edited the after cast act to 1 min but apparently thats global cd and not cd for the specific skill so i added cooldown to it but after saving it and reloading skill db the after cast of 1 min never went away even if i set the after cast to 100 = 1 second. im not sure why editing it and saving it isnt doing anything or changing anything same goes with increase agi cause i noticed blessing didnt have any after cast and i removed after cast from agi but it still has. im so confused

then just place back the default file from the git.

i've edited some other skills before that so if i do that then it'll revert the other skills back to normal and it was a lot

have u tried restart the server ? or any logs when u reload it ? because it might be not reading it since u said nothing changed.

Yes i have tried restarting the server  and even recompiling it and doing reloadskilldb and it seems to show no errors at all. i am confused but i'll try restarting the server again since i've done this a few days ago so i'll do it again to be sure.

see or paste the log when u reloadskilldb if u still didnt saw any hints about that issue.

reloadskilldb doesnt show anything wrong + the asura still has a 1 min global cd even though it should only be 1 seconds based on the level 5 skill of asura. i have copy pasted the asura skilldb from another txt yet it still wont change

then did anyhing in import folder that might overwrite it ? try default https://github.com/rathena/rathena/blob/master/db/pre-re/skill_db.yml or use renewal one depends on your server mode.

i didnt touch import for skills and my server runs pre-renewal so im using pre-re folder
