Client Exe wont Launch

Good day

So im just trying to back to RO since its been a while since im gone . I see lot of changes since the last time i made RO server . But currently i experience a new things to me . Seems like the problem is because my PC is new and it runs thru Windows 11 . Seems like im missing some windows file and i dont know how to fix it . Im trying to run a clean RO file and clean client . But it wont launch its just loading then nothing happen . Any idea what file im missing so i can install it to my new PC build ? . Any idea will help me a lot . Thanks

any other suggestion? my offline client stop working, it just doesnt do anything, i tried to play IDRO (is also official from gravity) also the client crash like this, but if i play KRO it just fine. I only can play KRO.

it happens after i shut down my PC, pobably auto update something that makes the client cant work? but why kro client still can be played?
