Is it possible to copy a private server to play offline?

I found a nice private server that I like, but I was wondering if I could play it offline with me as the GM? Is it possible for me to create an offline server with the way the private server I like data?

If you mean create a LAN (local area network) server, YES. You can do it.

But to copy 100% like what the server you play on, you need their server database/emulator and client-side file (hopefully not encrypted, but most server files are encrypted).
