Trying to change Magnus Exorcismus to hit all types of monster

So was digging through my research and found this one

I dont know where to put this changes tried finding it all i can find was skill_damage_db.txt & skill_db.yml 

any helps please? also if you have the grace i want to understand further the number part like 79,9,8 i dont know what does it do but this one completely optional i just want to understan what it does

You still use the the txt version? I suggest you to upgrade the latest rA.

yml file more easy to read, configure or understand.
There are all in the doc folder in emulator https://github.com/rathena/rathena/blob/master/doc/skill_db.txt

Do you even need to change the skill_db? Wouldn't just commenting out the check in the source code already work?
