Need help for custom hats

Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to change the position of a hat directly in-game to make it easier for me, so I don't have to sort through 15,000 custom hats. I would like to mass-apply them to the upper section so that players can adjust them themselves. Thank you.

just extract the itemdb needed at other editor, replace all the location part only.
