i look for my item_db,monster_db. i cant find the item and i want to fix it. anybody? thank you appriciate

This is from your script. You can check the scripts related to the quest.

Yes this error came from https://github.com/rathena/rathena/blob/master/npc/custom/quests/quest_shop.txt

check your questshop npc and id: 20336 and 20862 and remove it from your script
