Where is the NPC that uses Refine Ticket and higher. I couldn't find it in the game although I'm in the right coordinate

are you already enable the script via Rathena\npc\re\scripts_athena.conf line 173.

oh I didn't know this 1, I was wondering where it is even checked in script_custom and script_rathena, and then now you told me there's re\script_rathena
