2012 Client Files

I'm looking for 2012 client files, preferably known-good ones that will work well with 2012-03-07 RagexeRE. I already have this client EXE from the clients download page and now, I'm searching for the rest of the client files such as setup, data folder, translation and dlls, Ragray/Miruku are offline and I'm unable to find an equivalent project. The closest I could find are some old client packs, which I cannot test till I have rest of the client files and an 1.5GB data.grf file over at RMS download section. I know these are old files, but I need them for the old char creation interface with opposing stats limit. Could anyone please point me to where I can find the rest of the files for making a complete client? Thanks!

I tried these 2020+ full clients present under the "Kro main/sakray" section but they all fail to start and display various error messages. I guess this is because my client EXE is too old for these newer client files. Hence, looking for client files that are around the same date as the EXE I have selected.

try download old kRO then. as far as I know RMS have the old one there.

RMS only has the data/rdata grf files, not the rest of the client files. Hence why asking folks here for alternative download sites that are still active AND have the full client close the client EXE date

thats what you really need when you want to use the old files. And after that is translation.

Since its quite really old files, so maybe you can do some reading at zackdreaver translation https://github.com/zackdreaver .

Client also still listed at NEMO : https://nemo.herc.ws/downloads/#2012 but as u said you already have that EXE. You just need to patch/hex it then.

The files from new full clients result in different types of errors, I've tried 2020, 2021 and 2022 full client files all result in different errors with the patched EXE.
Will look into the translation link you've shared, immediate problem I need to fix is getting the client to load and login.

thats why I said u need older kRO. Because newer kRO might already delete older files that doesnt needed anymore.

As u said u use client 2012 so maybe getting client around that years are better.

Yeah, hence this topic to see if anyone here can help with a 2012 client setup/zip with all files. All of the links I found via the search bar are dead.

Thank you, for sharing this. I am downloading kRO_FullRE_2012-02-09.rar now. It is very close to the EXE date and the best match found yet.

There's a few rough edges like random untranslated text, the Quests window acting weird and general janky-ness with headgears. 3rd job stuff is untested. Here's how things look so far:
