Remove the option to run hexed with administrator

Do you know how to run hexed without being an administrator?
Would this be something in the operating system, or is it configurable?

You can patch this option on your hexed using WARP.

Any .exe need a permission to run as administrator when it actively modifying the system and requires permissions, or when a legacy application is not working correctly in a modern system because it needs compatibility adjustments.
