The error tells everything u need to fix it. Replace the files with the official rAthena files related to ur used version.

In my opinion the files doesn't support level 255. That means there missing some lines for the level.

U need for each Level a needed experience value. In the past some files with up to level 1000 was released but I can't find it anymore. And u use an older rA version.
