Cant connect to server

im not sure what happen, i was all good and smooth a few hours ago, all i did was editing my server website and ading gepard, few hours later i was trying to login my server and i keep rejected to login, upon checking i got these error,

Cannot start 'char-server', because it is already running p1320

Cannot start 'map-server', because it is already running p1322

Cannot start 'web-server', because it is already running p1324

rAthena was started.

i have try reboot and stop my vps, still had the same issue... im lost here.

please help.

Try pasting these commands in your terminal see if that works.
Change to your rAthena directory first, then:

./athena-start stop
sudo fuser -k 1318/tcp
sudo fuser -k 1318/udp
sudo fuser -k 1320/tcp
sudo fuser -k 1320/udp
sudo fuser -k 1322/tcp
sudo fuser -k 1322/udp
sudo fuser -k 1324/tcp
sudo fuser -k 1324/udp
