Help Error when running runserver.exe

I have successful recompile with no error 15 success 0 failed but when I tried to runserver.exe I got this also my xamp is running

Maybe you cand provide more infromation about what guide you followed, did you have your db already working ?

Good evening.
You need to compile the project using visual studio.
rAthena.sln

1. \rathena-master\src\config Try changing it to your version
2. try replacing the configs
3. When building the project, some data from the config and db is used
4. Administrator rights
5. antivirus program
