Mom's Tutorial (help please)

I do not know if this is really a script but I found this on the previous server

I am fond of this server
- there is a quest called mom's tutorial (not sure if its a quest)
- the features is so good for the newbies or new created characters

- it will respawn on the respawn point and given a choice to dream(do the tutorial) or just go straight to the  main savepoint
- i was hoping to put this on my server
