Failed to add Custom Npc Sprites

Hi all, Good day!
I faced some problem on Adding Custom Npc to my Server. 
Before adding custom npc sprites to my server, I have made some research on it.
But after follow the guide that shown on rAthena topic, in the end still failed. Even I'm completely following the guide.

 I have no choice to seek help at here, if anyone willing to share the proper way to add on custom npc sprites to server.
