Can you help me fix this script? I cant make it work :( i wanted to make it an ig base but using kiel card effect.

      }

Instant Cast:

    Script: |
      if (readparam(bAgi)>=99) {
        bonus bDelayRate,-100;
        bonus bVariableCastrate,-100;
      }
