Is it possible to change only the appearance of a character to another job, without changing actual jobs and therefore skills?

It would be super fun especially for PvP if you could look like another class that isn't your own. That way they wouldn't know what to expect at first. Or just for fun, which is mainly what I would do. Thanks for any info!!

How would someone accomplish something like this,
-Disable 3rd/4th jobs
-Add costume rings with 3rd and 4th job sprites (no skills)

I'm wanting to do this with all class' and have a jobless RO. Only no one is talking about this subject "that I can find"
