Failed to add the Mora Coin to mob drop.

I try to add Mora Coin(Item ID: 6380 a reward of Mora daily quest) to a drop list of a Siorava, however my method doesn't do the trick, What did I do wrong?

My Mob_db.txt file located in db\4cram\db\re :

2199,SIORAVA,Siorava,Siorava,87,6500,1,600,600,1,450,210,20,40,10,40,66,70,67,10,10,12,0,0,21,0x83,250,1536,1296,576,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,12624,700,7005,500,932,500,958,500,7071,500,13034,1,6380,1000,0,0,0,0,4530,1

Reload item db and mob db then try again
