Hello! Do you know how to reproduce this?

In skill_db this skill with ID 38 its an passive skill:

  - Id: 38
    Name: MC_OVERCHARGE
    Description: Overcharge
    MaxLevel: 10

 

So, are not possible to cast this skill, but in your console its casting, do you have any skill mod?
