So iam using rAthena with functional 4th jobs in my client , but somehow the ap bar keep showing 0/0 even if i use my skills that were suposed to recover Ap.

 

Where can edit this ? i already tried to set maxlevel to try but no sucess.

what client are you using? I am using the one recommended by rathena and it is working correctly without problems

you need a client thats newer than 2020/09/04 for AP to work properly.
