cannot remove mapflag gvg_noparty

i was trying to remove the mapflag gvg_noparty in guild_vs1 to 5 maps

i already tried to remove it comment it out 

then reload, re-run the server again.

but still i cant use devotion skill on those maps

i already also check on skill_nocast and devotion skill ain't there.
