Como añadir elementos a armas

hola muy buenas  alguien  tiene algún post o guía sobre como añadir  elementos a armas  ejemplo la cursed water  { itemskill "ITEM_ENCHANTARMS",8; },{},{}
como debería añadirle este elemento a un arma?
