Can't connect with a dns domain, but with an server ip!

The topic title says all: I can connect to my Server with the IP Address in the clientinfo.xml. if i wrote down my dns address (which definitly is the same like my ip) i can't connect to the server. I have used this tutorial:

But i don't know where the "bug" is located:

- Server Configuration?

- wrong Client Mod?

- wrong ragexe Version?

I have done the tutorial again and googled a lot, but i can't find a solution for my prblem. Is anyone here who can help me or maybe give me a hint?

 

EDIT: The Server is a debian Server and the Client runs on Windows 7, the same does a friend with Windows 10: The same problem.

If you are not sure try diff your exe with select service server so you can see if it is really clientinfo.xml you are using
