Player Max Capacity on MAP

anybody know how to increase the max capacity of the player on the map? 

 

For Example: When Reach 1000 player on the map on Morroc the rest of the player cant go to morroc they getting Disconnected

without checking source code it should be map size x*y player if you enable cell stack config, if map size 512*512 and all cell was walkable cell.
