map-server.exe close alone

Hi how are you?
it’s been a long time since I’ve worked with a ragnarok server.
I know that I am out of date, nobody shows what was changed in the creation of one, so I followed what I remember as it was done to create one.
this problem appeared to me, the map does not load completely and closes automatically, would anyone know what could cause this?

My advice to you is to start again from scratch since you said

A lot has changed. Re visit tutorials. https://github.com/rathena/rathena/wiki/Install-on-Windows
