Mora Artifact Panhandler Missing :S

Just like the title said, I went looking for this npc in mora and it just isnt there near the lake.

I was wondering if any of you got this npc script they could share,
(If you dont know this npc takes unwanted Mora gear and gives you in exchange 2 mora coins.)

Please, any help is apreciated
(PS: Sorry for my english, its not my native tongue)

if you don't find it, you can go to npc / custom / quest / quest_shop.txt and edit to exchange 1 item for 2 coins ... like a quest (it's an alternative if you don't find it.)
