Guild's message flood chat box

Some of my players complained about a flood of guild's message to members. It was showing every time he warped to another map, or even the same map. We try to solve the problem on client side configurations, but it is like 8 or 80, I mean, or the message shows every time, or it will never shows. So I was wondering if anyone knows how to solve this. I'm using 2014-03-05 hexed, for my server pré-renewal. I wanted to the guild's message appears just on login
