WOE Rank Ladder with Rodex Feature

Question

Good day I would like to request for this kind of script wherein there is a ladder for the following :

1. Top 10 Killers

2. Top 10 Breaker

3. Top Guilds

at the end of the month the top 10 killers and Breaker will recieve rewards thru Rodex Mail and top guilds will recieve rewards also (Each members)

Is it possible ? please help
