@costumeitem effect still works if set at item_combo_db.txt

I am currently using the @costumeitem fromt eh link below.

As per checking if the costumeitem made has an effect from item_combo_db.txt It will not be nullified. May I ask for a source code that I could add to ignore the effects from item_combo_db.txt if the item is already set as costumeitem. Thank you!
