cash shop problem

when I login to the server sometimes it shows the itens of cash shop and sometimes it doesn't.

when I use @go or @warp to other map after  I login and dont show itens, the itens return and show in cash shop
when login and not show.

 

after I use @go or @warp the itens show

 

Can anyone tell me what it can be?

only for other maps, when for the same map it still doesn't work

I think it was max_storage. I changed it to 700 and the problem started. I'm testing to see if it solves
