NPC Enchant by choosing

Hey Guys,

I need a NPC that will enchant for Example, Abusive Robe with the Magic Rune 3/3 etc..

or a FAW with all the enchants.

I just need to choose the enchant in every slot, i saw this NPC on a Private Server, PRO Server which is Full PVP and you get the item you want and enchant it however you like.

Do someone have this?

Does not seems to be working, also how can I choose the enchant I want? anyway, when he enchants it, the item vanishs lol
