Spider Web working like a Ankle Snare(Latest Git)

Hi, I want my spider web become like ankle snare but

when I do this 

 it gets me errors

While Anakid there said skill_db.txt and skill_unit_db.txt and skill_cast_db.txt 

the enemy will just bypass through spiderweb hmmm

please help me, Thanks in advance.
